Camping For All
Asia Oceania Camping Fellowship

AOCF was established to achieve our mission that to foster international understanding in Asia
Oceania through the camping and outdoor experience.

At the 6th International Camping Congress, January 2003, Melbourne, Australia, participants from
Asian countries had a meeting and decided to establish Asian Camping Fellowship in order to
exchange camp information and collaborate for developing camp movement in Asia.

In July, 2004, the First Asian Camping Congress (ACC2004) was held in International Children
Center Nairamdal, Mongolia, and Asian Camping Fellowship was established by representatives
from 4 countries (Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia and Mongolia).

The 2nd Asian Camping Congress (ACC2006) was held in Perak State, Malaysia, August 2006. The
congress had about 150 participants from 20 countries and regions. We adopted that Australia,
Russia and CIS join in our fellowship, and we changed the name of ACF to Asia Oceania Camping
Fellowship (AOCF).
